Hello Everybody

Just wanted to log in really quick to explain how excited I am. I finally finished the DVD on this wedding video we (3 Filter) made and the pay off is about to show up. That means I can finally upgrade my G4 tower. The only problem has become what to upgrade. I’m for sure getting the 1.2 ghz OWC upgrade card…but other than that I’m baffled. I would like to double my ram and add a bitchin’ video card…but that leaves no space (budget wise) for fun stuff like surround sound mixing and a DVD burner.

I’m probably going to stick with the RAM and graphics card, if only because they will improve my system performance on a day to day level…have I ever mentioned that computers rock?

Also, update on the Virgin Global Flier. Steve, the planes badass pilot has decided to attempt the final leg of the journey, even though fuel problems could spell disaster for the world record breaking attempt. Once again, Scaled, Virgin, and Steve are some of the last true American adventurers (yes, I know Virgin is a British company…).

Once again, those fellows have courage.

p.s. speaking of courage I’m looking forward to seeing “Gunner’s Palace,” a behind the scenes Iraqi war film. Looks to be great!
