Just a quick update to let everyone know that the girlfriend and I getting ready to take a vaction. We are heading out California for 5 fun days in the sun ( i just realized i need to find some sunscreen…damn hispanic girlfriend….she gets away with everything).

We are heading out to catch her aunt’s big opening night in a Latino adaptation of some Shakespear (I can hear Hilary groaning all the way across the Atlantic…I know it is not traditional Willy style, but it looks to be really cool.)

On top of that I get to meet the girlfriend’s dad for the first time. We’ve been dating for almost 2 years, and I still haven’t meet her old man. Needless to say I’m a little freaked out, if for no other reason than he is an ex-army-helicopter-pilot-turned-cop….but really what is there to be afraid of???? :)

So keep yours eyes on the blog as I intend to update as frequently as possible with pictures of the trip.

Grant me some courage…I’m out to meet the other half of the inlaws!

and yes, I liked phantom planet before they were cool…big shout out to my brother for finding them first!!!!
