Ah, yes

After seventeen years of schooling it is nice to finally sit back, and then go to work.

Thus ends my first “real” week of life in the “real” world. So far…so good.

Just thought I would bust out a quick post about my happenings this weekend.

The girlfriend had her first Saturday off since we went to California, which equates to being around two months. So we spent most of the day downtown. Sleeping in (if you call getting up at 9 a.m. sleeping in) grabbing some Milton’s and bumming around Mass. Street.

We stopped by Lawrence’s version of an “antique district” and managed to take a few fun pictures. The girlfriend also picked up a few choice gifts and antiques so all in all it was a good trip.

Managed to catch Star Wars again last night, so expect my final verdict on the film either late tonight or tomorrow.

P.S. Spent part of today rounding out the entertainment center…I now have a cassette deck! Sweet. Now all I’m missing is BetaMax, and 8-Track and I’ll be set! (if the girlfriend doesn’t end my quest for every format first!)
