As I’m sure you’ve already noticed, if you read this blog at all, I’m a sucker for good customer service. Today, I upgraded my Netflix account to handle 3 movies out at a time. Low and behold they upgraded me for the rest of the month so that I don’t have to wait until the next billing cycle (which isn’t until the 6th of October) to enjoy more DVDs.
I love you Netflix. You make me happy.
