Bestest Girlfriend Ever.

Teressa (aka the girlfriend) asked me yesterday why I didn’t post more often about how great she was. I responded, very calmly, that she told me not to mention her on the blog because she didn’t want to be associated with me on the Internets. She immediately countered with some comment about how I never listen to her, and why did I chose to listen to that little bit of minutia. Sometimes, all I can do is smile and nod.
In the spirit of my new found blogging freedom, I thought I’d share with you a little insight into our lives. It all started with a pretty rough day at work yesterday. Basically we (my colleagues and I) were shooting a bunch of green screen footage and the “studio” (photos) we shoot in isn’t exactly the most friendly place in the world. It basically a conference room we converted into my office/studio, but it works surprising well. The only problem is that we can’t have the AC running while shooting because it creates to much noise on the audio track. Not a big deal, but it does make for a very long day in a room with 5 people, no AC and half-a-dozen 500 watt lights.
So when I got home from an 11 hour day of life in my own personal sweat-box I took a shower, and the first thing out of Teressa’s mouth was “let me take you to dinner.” Long story short we had a great dinner at a local fav La Parrilla, grabbed a cup of coffee at Java Break, and enjoyed a leisurely stroll through Borders. It was an awesome evening, and a great way to unwind after a long day. More importantly, it re-energized me for another session of shooting today. We, as a team, made it through our deadline (our actress is flying back to NYC tomorrow) and managed to create some creative new shots for our current project.
So, thank you dear, for giving me the strength to make it through 2 grueling days…and being the bestest girlfriend ever.
Blogging about life with the gir…I mean teressa, accomplished. Next step, getting her to let me post more pictures of us. :)

I hate to gush about my coupled friends–wait, who am I kidding? I love gushing about my coupled friends! You two are the cutest couple ever!!
Are you out of school now? And also, I have a question to ask you–its about whether or not you know a certain politically-minded person on campus, but I can’t post his name here because I have a *massive* crush on him. But I thought if anyone might know him, it would be you. (And he isn’t on facebook. ::sigh::) [Seriously, boys should be on facebook more--how else can we girls stalk them?!]
