There are few things in life that cannot be fixed by an evening of & via my Twitter feed.

This is the reason…

June 5th, 2006 | Filed under Apple, Humor

This is the reason why I can’t stand Windows PCs. Microsoft really just needs to scrap the whole OS and start over again, cause this is ridiculous. Jobs and Apple wanted their computers to eventually work as well as your refrigerator or toaster, to be an appliance in your home, and the Mac in my mind is there.

If the top Microsoft engineers and chief executive can’t fix the average Windows users computer, what chance do my parents have?*

Just Get-a-mac.

*My parents have switched to the Mac and are running on a 6-year-old Powerbook and are doing just fine. Show me someone who is able to run on a 6-year-old PC (that isn’t an uber-dork) and I’ll buy you a drink.

I know. My Dell baby isn’t even eight months old, and not only has she seriously slowed down, but her hard drive only has 37% left! (Okay, the hard drive part is my fault, but still!) It happened today in class: I clicked an application shortcut, and ten seconds later, the application finally popped up. I was like, “Uh, no.”

I really wish I had been brave enough to make the switch!

It is never to late…besides the new macs run Windows as well. They are like the ultimate swiss army computer. :)
