Teressa received an AARP pre-approval card in the mail. Still trying to convince her it's worth $16 for the travel deals & online games. via my Twitter feed.

My employer treats me right.

There is some exciting stuff going on at work, but I don’t want to disclose too much, in order to not jinx what could be the coolest thing since sliced bread. Hopefully I’ll find out whether or not it is a go by the end of the day, but for right now I’ve got to split. We’re going to top-city (topeka) to finish up some research with middle school students. I hated middle school…although band was fun?

Until next time…courage.

Update: And the good new is….we just ordered the coolest video camera I’ve ever seen. We’re going HD! Check it out here.

    What instrument did you play?

Back in the days of middle school I rocked out on the Alto Sax….but I’ve played a whole host of other instruments. Check out the Peppercorn Duck Club page (I played upright bass in that group) for some of the gut-bucket-jazz we made. (mp3s available)
